B. MOTION: Approve the December 2017 Monthly Expenditure Report (MER).
C. MOTION: Authorize the President and the Treasurer to expend up to $1,000 on unanticipated expenditures in advance of the next Board Meeting.
D. MOTION: Approve a 12-month lease agreement for meeting space at the Elysian Masonic Temple, located at 1900 N Vermont Avenue, for Los Feliz Neighborhood Council Governing Board meetings from January 2018 through December 2018. Included in the lease agreement is space for storage of council materials.

i. MOTION: ADOPT A STANDING RULE UNDER “SECTION II: MEETINGS,” as follows:
“Regular Governing Board Meetings. In accordance with the bylaws and the Ralph M. Brown Act, the Governing Board shall convene a regularly scheduled meeting on the third Tuesday of a calendar month at 7:30 PM. From time to time, the President, after formal or informal consultation with the Board, as time allows, may reschedule a regular meeting to a different date and time, should a need for such rescheduling (e.g., a holiday conflict) present itself.”
ii. MOTION: Amend the LFNC Bylaws where necessary to specify Boardmembers (s)elected by popular vote in May 2018 will serve 3-year terms until 2021.
